Nevada is currently ranked #1 in foreclosures and has the highest unemployment in the nation. Most experts predict that it will take a very long time for the Las Vegas economy to rebound.
THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT PROGRAM THAT FORCES LENDERS TO MODIFY YOUR LOAN. According to the Attorney Generals office, money spent by homeowners on mortgage modification is "worse than some of the odds at the casino tables."
